Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Welcome to Relax Tour India. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our tour and cab services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. Booking Policy

Advance bookings are recommended: 4 hours minimum for local tours and 24 hours for outstation travel to ensure vehicle availability. Booking confirmation requires 20% advance payment of the total estimated fare. Balance payment is due upon trip completion.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
  • 50% Cancellation Fee: Between 24-12 hours before pickup
  • 100% Cancellation Fee: Less than 12 hours before pickup or no-show

Cancellations must be communicated via phone call or WhatsApp message.


3. Distance and Time Calculation

Outstation trips: Distance calculated from garage to garage (Jodhpur base). Minimum billing of 300km per day applies. Local tours: Minimum 8 hours/80km per day. Additional kilometers or hours charged at pre-agreed rates.


4. Additional Charges

Toll taxes, state entry fees, parking charges, and interstate permits are excluded from the base fare. Customers pay these directly at respective points during the journey. These variable costs depend on route and destination.


5. Payment Terms

Final payment due upon trip completion. Accepted methods: Cash, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and Bank Transfers. GST applicable as per government regulations (5% on transportation). Payments non-refundable except for service failures from our end.


6. Vehicle Standards

All vehicles undergo regular servicing and maintenance. In case of mechanical issues, we provide replacement vehicles of equal or superior category at no additional charge. We're not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions.


7. Driver Standards & Safety

All drivers are experienced, licensed, and background-verified professionals. They adhere to traffic regulations and maintain professional conduct. Smoking and alcohol consumption strictly prohibited in vehicles. Drivers may terminate rides for passenger misconduct or term violations.


8. Passenger Obligations

  • Provide accurate pickup location and contact information
  • Be ready 15 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time
  • Maintain respectful conduct towards driver and vehicle
  • Cover all applicable tolls, parking, and permit charges
  • Immediately report any trip-related concerns

9. Insurance & Liability

All vehicles carry comprehensive insurance coverage. Third-party liability covered in case of accidents. We're not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles. Passengers advised to secure valuables at all times.


10. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays/cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances. We'll make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives in such situations.


11. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes communicated via website or direct notification. Continued service use indicates acceptance of updated terms.


12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
